Job description

We are looking for a positive, energetic, proactive, go getter who enjoys talking to people, working smart, chasing goals and celebrating team success. As a part of our business development team, our Sales Development Representative spends their day calling and speaking with both our current and new customer base. After 80 years in business, we have a lot of great clients to talk with.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Connecting and checking in to ensure the client experience is at its best
  • Talking about projects, promoting solutions, and persuading clients and potential customers on the benefits of setting appointments 
  • Scheduling appointments for decorators
  • Maintaining several databases 
  • Analyzing and reporting business development data
  • Handling and routing inbound calls

Excellent verbal skills and phone etiquette are required. Good working knowledge of computing and CRM systems. We are a business casual office environment with independent work practices. The work requires attention to detail. The role is a part of our Business Development Department where teamwork, collaboration and communication are vital to what we do.
