 Roofing Production Manager


If our office were a NASCAR racing team, you would be the Pit Crew Chief. After all, Races are won and lost on the pit lane

In our line of construction, the Roofing Construction Manager is the Crew Chief. As our roofing construction Manager, you will oversee customer satisfaction, quality of work, and the timely completion of work orders. In this role, you also recruit the initial and ongoing subcontractors to meet the demand of changing production pipelines.

After receiving the hand-off of a submitted client project, you become the face of the company for the project until completion. This position is largely field-based, with daily site visits, running materials, moving crews as necessary, and ensuring job site safety on all projects. The Production Manager must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service, but as a consummate professional, you know this already.
