DRAFT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits. We maintain a fine lineup of world-class products, and even more importantly, a strong team of world-class people.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative. This position will clean draft lines and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 hours shifts
  • Organize schedule and maintain daily route
  • Perform draft line cleaning in new and existing accounts
  • As needed, deliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep/Team Leader.
  • Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.
  • Maintains draft equipment used for servicing accounts in good condition.
  • Completes a daily tracking work log
  • As needed, consult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles
  • Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (100) lbs for keg product
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
  • Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessary
  • Required to drive own vehicle

Additional Compensation

  • Cell phone allowance - $30.00 per month
  • Car Allowance $400 per month
  • Paid holidays
  • Weekly pay schedule
