CBG Draft Services is hiring Entry Level Draft Beer Line Technicians – No Experience Required!

The Draft Beer Line Technician provides services of cleaning and maintaining draft beer systems as outlined by CBG Draft Services and recommended by the Brewers Association of America. This is an exciting entry-level position in the field of draft beer with daily exposure to beer systems and how they operate, but more importantly how to maintain them. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - you will receive paid, on-the-job training. Nights/ Weekends/ Holidays off. Promote from within opportunities are available for the motivated technician. The Draft Beer Line Technician’s purpose is to uphold the mission of CBG Draft Services; to ensure that every pint poured has the quality and taste that the brewer intended.

We're seeking someone with a background in bars or restaurants, experience with customer service, basic maintenance skills, and a clean driving record. No prior experience in this field is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

As an Entry-Level Draft Beer Line Maintenance Tech, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining draft beer lines and associated equipment to include direct draw systems and keg box accounts.
  • Ensuring all lines receive proper servicing and maintenance.
  • Addressing and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Maintaining accurate records in the DraftLine system
  • Monday -Friday 7:30-4 pm. No nights or weekends.

You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and be able to move kegs that weigh close to 165 pounds. Need the ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists. Must be able to go up and down ramps and stairs frequently. This role requires constant indoor and outdoor work with frequent change in temperature.

In this role, you'll be on the road, traveling to bars and restaurants across the Greensboro and Triad area. Company vehicle with gas card, maintenance, and insurance provided. Our office is located in Greensboro.
