Job Overview:

Merchandiser / Local CDL B Combination Driver - St. Joseph, Missouri

We’re hiring a Merchandiser / Local CDL B Combination Driver to deliver, stock, and merchandise our products at local retail stores. If you like being on the move and working independently, this could be a great fit—no experience required!

About the Role

  • Deliver products to small and large retail stores on an assigned route
  • Unload product using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack
  • Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers
  • Set up clean, organized product displays
  • Travel between stores in your territory (personal vehicle required for merchandising only—products are delivered ahead of time)
  • Build positive relationships with store teams
  • Use a company‑issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage

Shift and Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 5:00am until route is finished
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Local routes

Total Rewards:
  • Pay starting at $25.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $27.16 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
