Job description

Maintenance Technician / Facility & Yard Maintenance

Red Eye Radiator & DPF Specialist is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our shop, buildings, equipment, and yard in excellent working condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general building and facility maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs.

  • Repair and replace interior and exterior lighting.

  • Maintain and repair water lines, air lines, and plumbing fixtures.

  • Perform painting, patching, and minor carpentry repairs.

  • Complete routine preventative maintenance throughout the facility.

  • Keep the shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized.

  • Empty trash and maintain dumpsters and waste areas.

  • Perform yard maintenance, including weed control, sweeping, pressure washing, and general cleanup.

  • Operate equipment and tools safely.

  • Assist with other maintenance projects as assigned.

  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of facility/building maintenance experience required.

  • Must speak and understand English.

  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, compressed air systems, and general building repairs.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
