Product Managers at Doximity drive the strategic direction of their team and are accountable for roadmap execution, while serving as the bridge between stakeholders. You'll work with product, data, engineering, and design teams to gather requirements, create specs, and lead teams in developing products that matter.

This role is hybrid, which requires being in our San Francisco office 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts and designers in developing and supporting product initiatives
  • Identify strategies to attract and engage physicians through social and career connections
  • Set clear strategy, with audacious goals, providing the team with direction and inspiration
  • Enthusiastically design tests, summarizing test results and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Develop data-backed growth strategies & solutions that increase user delight and retention
  • Design & run A/B experiments to quickly iterate towards key growth metrics
  • Prepare detailed specs that meet user needs, create a positive user experience, and ensure the maximum benefit to the business
  • Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions
What we're looking for:
  • Deep empathy for clinicians and a strong interest in the profession and culture of medicine
  • User-focused, with strong instincts for usability, workflow design, and intuitive product experiences
  • Resourceful and outcomes-oriented; able to identify the core problem, prioritize effectively, and drive solutions across teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex product problems
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience designing experiments and using data to guide product decisions
  • Comfortable working directly with data and metrics to investigate user behavior, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities; SQL experience is a plus
  • Collaborative and low ego, with experience partnering closely across engineering, design, data to deliver product outcomes
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work from our San Francisco office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $121,000 - $180,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
