As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What will you be doing?

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and document all communications

  • Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time

  • Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed

  • Provide support for accounts receivable processes

  • Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas

  • Assist with auditing income for assigned areas

What do you bring to the role?

  • High school diploma required

  • 1 year of customer service or accounts receivable experience

  • Frequent travel between downtown Milwaukee locations

  • Able to work independently and in a team; fast-paced, high-volume setting; focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Strong documentation, research, and data analysis abilities
