Job description

River Crest Country Club is seeking to add part-time Bag Technicians to its Golf Department.  Pay range for this position is $10 - $12 per hour. Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth’s oldest and most storied country club.

River Crest offers flexibility as well as a great work environment.

Our 401(k) plan is offered to qualifying part time employees.

JOB SUMMARY

The Bag Technician at River Crest Country Club is responsible for providing bag, cart and range services to Members and guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, communications and Member relations skills are required
  • Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions
  • Must present a neat and clean personal appearance
  • Must have timely, reliable attendance
  • Must have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors
  • A high school education or equivalent is required

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS

  • Provides Members and guest with excellent customer service
  • Brings carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside the pro shop
  • Removes bags from bag storage and loads onto carts
  • Transports range balls to each end of range and fills appropriate containers
  • Places baskets of balls at evenly spaced intervals on range
  • Operates tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls
  • Washes all range balls daily
  • Removes bags from carts and returns bags to assigned rack in the bag storage facility
  • Returns carts to cart shelter to include:
    • removing towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drinks, etc., from carts and saving reusable items
    • washing carts with pressure cleaner
    • parking carts in shelter and connects charger cable
