A dōTERRA Product Center Agent is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to members & employees by welcoming them to the Product Center & assisting with their needs, learning new processes & being flexible to assist helping to fulfill their orders while exemplifying our company's Core Values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting & interacting with all guests.
  • Educate members about products, promotions, and our Healing Hands Foundation.
  • Use resources to empathetically & efficiently answer questions, resolve concerns, & educate.
  • Capture & record customer feedback through CRM Interactions.
  • Pick and verify orders in the fulfillment area.
  • Adhere to schedule, meet performance standards, & follow employee policies.
  • Assist with special projects, as well as Specialty Areas as needed. (Employee Store, Curbside, Bulk, & Requisitions)
  • Work professionally and respectfully with co-workers & other departments, encouraging a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate current processes to seek improvements and communicate feedback with Management.
  • Practice a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Exemplify dōTERRA's Core Values.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Punctual with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to complete tasks in the absence of supervision.
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, adaptable.

  • Organized & detail oriented.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and processes.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type 60 words per minute.
  • Customer Service Experience, Skill 3 Required.
  • CRM & DataTrax Skills Strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Tolerance to strong oils scents.
  • Must be able to work in-office.
  • Professional English Language Proficiency required.
