Lindon Fulfillment Center Material Handler

The Lindon Fulfillment Center Material Handler is responsible for performing assigned work at the doTERRA Fulfillment Center which includes, but is not limited to: staging product, checking in product, counting product for orders, working on the production lines, and working in other areas of the warehouse as needed. This position performs tasks which help to ensure high-quality finished products for the consumer and helps to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Available shift 6 am – 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities
  • Staging and restocking products on the production lines to keep them running.
  • Check in orders for builds, which includes reading and understanding the information for the build on the iPad.
  • Correctly count product for the lines and for returns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Work on an assembly line as needed.
  • Participate in project improvement groups.
  • Work in unison with other team members at an established pace.
  • Move cartons of material using safe lifting techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, present ideas, and make recommendations to further business goals as outlined by leadership.
  • Always be an ambassador of dōTERRA culture.
  • Work in other areas of the Fulfillment center as needed.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer/technology literacy to perform essential job functions.
  • To ensure the safe and efficient operation of company processes and resources, must be proficient in English communication including reading/writing and verbal communication with others.
  • Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel/management.
  • Must be a team player by maintaining a positive attitude, accepting directions from others, encouraging success, and helping other team members.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Must be safety and quality conscious.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and processes, understands need for continuous improvement and seeks out areas where improvements can be made.
  • Ability to work on the production line when needed.

  • This position operates in a manufacturing/production/warehouse environment that may include exposure to elevated noise levels and exposure to particles, fumes, scents, aromas, and moving mechanical parts.
  • Remain stationary for extended periods of time while working on a production line.
  • The employee may also be required to locate, move, and manipulate objects that may require coordination between vision and dexterity, repetitive balancing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, holding, and rotation.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
