.NET Software Developer (C#)

EON Applications, a leader in Business Solution Software, is looking to expand the development team for our Recruiting and Applicant Tracking software unit.

We're seeking an experienced .NET developer to join our team. We build a web-based application on .NET 8, with some legacy components still running on .NET Framework 4.5.7 that are gradually being modernized. This role will contribute to ongoing development of new product features as well as client customizations, working alongside a team of experienced developers.

Core Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of business application development experience
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET (.NET 8 and/or .NET Framework)
  • Front-end development experience with JavaScript, including experience with React (our UI is primarily JavaScript-based, built as single-page applications)
  • Experience with MSSQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis
  • Familiarity with VB is a nice-to-have but not required

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of application design principles, practices, and systems development and analysis
  • Experience working within a structured development methodology
  • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients
  • Relevant work experience: 2+ years
