Must be Local to Columbus, OH
 

A Senior Software Engineer is needed for a long-term contract opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must be local to Columbus, Ohio, OR surrounding area. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days remote).

Requirements:

  • Has experience with Report development and Analytics
  • Tableau report development experience required
  • Qlik or other report development experience is beneficial
  • Python skills are beneficial
  • SQL Server experience required
  • Snowflake experience is a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience migrating Reports from On Prem platforms to Cloud platforms is a bonus

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 - 10 years IT experience
  • 3 - 5 years application development in a Microsoft environment
  • 1 - 2 years Financial Services industry experience is preferred

Additional skills:

  • Strong knowledge of common concepts, architectures and processes in software development.
  • Well-versed in dealing with common IT technologies (e.g. Java, .Net, C#, Web, databases, Siebel, or SAP)
  • Fully proficient in the core technologies used by Client (C#, ASP, ASP.net, JavaScript, Angular JS, T-SQL)
  • Familiarity with financial services lease and loan applications.
