Many truck drivers quit trucking due to long hours, time away from family, and challenging working conditions. The job often involves irregular schedules, physical demands, and limited job stability, which can lead to burnout and high turnover rates.

What are some common challenges Dot Drivers face on the job and how can they prepare for them?

Dot Drivers often encounter challenges such as navigating tight delivery schedules, managing heavy traffic conditions, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. To prepare, drivers should develop strong organizational and time management skills, stay updated on route planning technology, and maintain a thorough understanding of safety protocols.
