Job description

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Doorman/Bellhop.


What will you be doing most days?

        Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests

        Open doors, carry bags, and provide a guest assistance as needed

        Handle problems and errands as they arise

        Receive mail and packages from courier services and hold these in safe storage until picked up by the intended recipient.

        Stay alert during your shift in order to screen for security

        Other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors, such as coordinating materials for events and confirming building or guest information


What are the requirements for this position?

  • You must have excellent communication skills and a customer service aptitude
  • You must be reliable, highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional, and amiable
  • You must be able to lift 50+ lbs


Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
