We are seeking an On-Call Doorman for our high-end building in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a professional demeanor and appearance.

The On-Call Doorman will be responsible for:

  • Porter work e.g. taking out the garbage and recycling
  • Greeting residents and guests as they enter and exit the building
  • Assisting with packages and deliveries
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance area
  • Monitoring security cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
  • Responding to resident requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the building management team
Requirements:
  • Available to work overnight and on weekends
  • Prior experience in a high-end luxury building
  • Professional doorman attire (Black Suit, Black Tie)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
