Job description

The Bell in Hand is seeking an experienced and professional Doorman to join our team and help create an enjoyable guest experience. In this role, you will be the face of the establishment and will be responsible for warmly greeting and directing guests, controlling access to the premises, maintaining order in the lobby, and providing helpful information to visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly smile and courteous demeanor
• Assess visitors' needs and provide helpful information
• Control access to the premises by managing the opening and closing of doors
• Monitor external lobby environment and stay alert to potential problems
• Monitor the flow of traffic and respond quickly to resolve any issues
• Ensure security and safety of guests, staff, and premises
• Perform routine inspections of the lobby area
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience working as a doorman or in a related role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
