Job description

Overview

Beacon Commercial Door & Lock is a leading supplier of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and Division 10 specialty products for new construction projects nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Division 10 Project Manager to join our team in South Salt Lake, UT. This role manages Division 10 projects from submittals through closeout, ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Division 10 projects from beginning through closeout.
  • Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate product selection and project compliance.
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, approvals, and project documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with estimating, detailing, purchasing, vendors, and production to keep projects on schedule.
  • Verify order accuracy before release and monitor project timelines, deliveries, and budgets.
  • Resolve project issues proactively while maintaining organized project records.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience reading construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Experience with Division 10 products, commercial construction, or doors, frames, and hardware is preferred.
Additional Information

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Regular business hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Salary is based on experience. Estimated beginning rate of $60,000/year
