Hills & Dales is seeking a passionate and organized Community Engagement Specialist to help advance our mission through fundraising, community outreach, volunteer engagement, and communications.

In this role, you will support fundraising campaigns, donor relations, special events, volunteer coordination, social media, and marketing initiatives that increase awareness and support for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and special events
  • Maintain donor records and track contributions in the database
  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment, orientation, and recognition
  • Manage social media scheduling and community engagement activities
  • Assist with newsletters, marketing materials, website updates, and publications
