The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

  • Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement w/ 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
  • Develops, assesses, and validates a clientâÃ,€Ã,Â's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
  • Develops solutions and services to suit clientâÃ,€Ã,Â's business strategy
  • Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
  • Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
  • Leads an engagement and oversees othersâÃ,€Ã,™ contributions at a customer end, such that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Drives Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts
  • Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.

  • Define and maintain the target-state architecture for enterprise-wide custom .NET platforms and distributed applications.
  • Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, operational objectives, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Establish architectural principles, standards, governance processes, and reference architectures.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight across programs, projects, and engineering teams.
  • Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems supporting mission-critical business processes.
  • Architect event-driven, microservices-based, and service-oriented solutions using modern .NET technologies.
  • Define integration patterns for applications, APIs, messaging systems, and enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure platform resiliency through appropriate approaches for reliability, observability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
