At Hilton Garden Inn Miami & Homewood Suites Miami Dolphin Mall we are searching for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should be passionate about providing a high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

  • Complete all assigned guestrooms daily.
  • Vacuum/shampoo carpet/clean floors/mop room.
  • Dust/polish furniture.
  • Change linens and replenish all amenities for bathroom/kitchen.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and counter tops.
  • Follow guidelines for proper chemical use. Do not mix chemicals and only use as instructed. Follow hotel safety standards and only use hotel approved chemicals.
  • Inform Lead Supervisor or Head Housekeeper of housekeeping supplies to be ordered.
  • Inform Lead Supervisor of maintenance deficiencies or mechanical problems.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
