Summary
This position involves the operation of concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready mixed concrete. Â All deliveries are local to Greater Rochester and the surrounding areas.
Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate mixer trucks and report equipment issues promptly
- Maintain truck cleanliness and wash out the mixer between and after deliveries to ensure proper vehicle conditionÂ
- Perform pre and post trip inspections according to DOT guidelinesÂ
- Work independently and make sound decisions to ensure your safety and performance as well as that of our customers and co-workers
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and customers at all times
- Strict adherence to company safety requirements and procedures
Requirements
- Valid State Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to use GPS, read maps, and follow delivery routes
Effective communication via radio and truck tracking systems
- Ability to lift 50 lb chutes and climb ladders as needed
- Working knowledge of commercial trucks and related equipment
