This is a part-time position, offering a dynamic work schedule of 10-20 hours per week. We value flexibility and require availability during weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

  • Handle with Care: Process transactions with precision and efficiency, using the point-of-sale system like a pro.
  • Be a Style Authority: Stay on top of the latest trends and promotions, and showcase how our products can be mixed, matched, and styled to perfection.
  • Keep It Cool: Maintain visual standards that are as sharp as your style, ensuring the store is always on point and inviting.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the leadership team to bring company visions to life, all while putting our guests front and center.
  • Be the Voice: Share customer feedback with the leadership team to help us constantly evolve and improve the Dolls Kill experience.
  • Follow the Beat: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring every guest has a consistent and exceptional experience.

  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom with ease, including bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
