What is a dogma?

The term 'dogma' does not refer to a specific job or profession. In a workplace or organizational context, it could metaphorically refer to roles focused on enforcing or upholding established policies or beliefs, but there is no recognized job title called 'dogma.' If you are looking for information about jobs related to doctrine or policy enforcement, you might consider roles such as compliance officer or policy advisor.
