What does dog friendly mean in a job or workplace context?

'Dog friendly' in a workplace means that employees are allowed to bring their dogs to work. This policy is designed to create a more relaxed and enjoyable work environment, reduce stress, and improve employee satisfaction. However, there are typically guidelines to ensure that dogs are well-behaved, vaccinated, and do not disrupt other employees. Not all workplaces are suited for a dog-friendly policy, so it's important to check the specific company's rules before bringing a dog to work.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a dog walker, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Dog Walker, you need a good understanding of canine behavior, basic animal first-aid knowledge, and physical fitness, often supported by experience or training in animal care. • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join Camp Bow Wow?

As the first Camp Bow Wow in Alaska, we’re proud to bring this trusted brand to our local community. By joining our team, you’ll be part of a supportive, dog-loving environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re ready to bring your passion for dogs and excellent customer service skills to the team, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and take the first step toward an exciting and rewarding career at Camp Bow Wow.
