Pay Rate: $18.47-$20.00

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manager, Membership and Fan Loyalty

Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Summary

The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking qualified individuals to join the Membership Services team as a part-time, Rewards Activation Team Member. The position is designed for candidates to help facilitate the department's key initiatives and events, during Dodger home games. Candidates will play a key role in executing the Dodger Rewards program, Dodger Rewards and Membership Service experiences, and providing a helping hand in servicing clientele on game days and events.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions about Dodger Rewards

· Prepare and organize redeemed gifting for pickup as well as ensuring all redeemed gifting is located at Membership Headquarters or the Sales Center prior to each game

· Service and troubleshoot any technological issues related to program platform

· Work with Manager, Membership and Fan Loyalty to ensure proper execution of all membership service-related events and experiences

· Assist with entry to exclusive season member access points at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium on game days

· Working alongside Dodgers Ticket Sales & Service staff to coordinate and manage Membership Service events at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium, including pre-game and post-game Fan Experience Packages

· Maintain a monthly, detailed inventory

· Occasionally the candidate will be asked to work non-game days to help facilitate Dodger Rewards initiatives, such as administrative office work, off-site events, special experiences etc.

· May be asked to help other ticket sales and service departments (Inside Sales, New Business Development, Premium and Membership Services) to help with game day responsibilities

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

Work Experience

· Related coursework or experience is a plus

· Candidates seeking a career in sports ticket sales is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Enthusiastic to work with Dodger Fans

· Phenomenal teammate with willingness to help where required

· Professional conduct, image and demeanor in an office setting

· Satisfactory computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)

· Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance

Physical, Environmental Demands

· This position can require sitting or standing for very long periods of time during the day and/or night. Outdoor work in the ballpark that may require climbing stairs is probable and could occur in inclement weather. While performing some job duties, employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements

· Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. During the baseball season this may include nights and weekends

· Must have own transportation to and from UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium and any other Member event location
