Metro Area Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Job Responsibilities * Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale .NET application. * Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities. * Support multi-source data integration and deduplication. * Analyze trends and patterns within complex datasets. * Develop queries and reporting solutions. * Contribute to user interface design and development. * Support mobile application development. * Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery activities. * Collaborate with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems. Minimum Qualifications * US Citizen * Active Secret Clearance * 2+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including work with highly available national security systems. * Experience with data analysis and reconciliation. * Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication. * Experience analyzing trends and patterns and developing queries and reports. * Experience with user interface design and development. * Hands-on working knowledge of the .NET Framework. * Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server. * Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Located in Colorado or the DMV area. * Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program. * Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
