Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to work as a Human Resource Assistant at our Main Office in Boise, ID. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining employee personnel files and providing support to the Human Resource team and manager.
Qualifications
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Maintain and keep confidential complete, accurate, and standardized files on all current and former employees
  • Answer emails from managers and employees concerning HR issues
  • Assist with department mailings
  • Assist the HR Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator, Recruiter, and HR Manager with Docuware and other tasks
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Complete DOT verifications
  • Maintain and review I-9s
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

The ideal candidate will require a strong attention to detail. Accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality is critical. Excellent communication, time management and basic computer skills are required. Docuware experience is preferred, but not required.
