Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting various operational tasks to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and customer interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Collect and verify outstanding information required for order fulfillment.
• Complete motor programming charts accurately and efficiently.
• Manage shipping status report and assess applicable sales tax liabilities.
• Process and collect outstanding balances from customers.
• Manage Will Call reports.
• Enter order samples.
• Maintain organized records by scanning and uploading orders into DocuWare.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems (e.g., DocuWare).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $29.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
