· Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support timely contract execution

· Manage document control, versioning, and secure storage

· Maintain standardized, approved templates for sales and marketing materials

· Coordinate electronic signatures via DocuSign or equivalent platforms

· Provide operational and administrative support to the CSO and Growth leadership

· Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure initiatives move forward

· Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing

· Support client communications and account-related requests with professionalism and urgency

· Ensure a high-quality experience for both internal teams and external partners
