Horizon is seeking a recent JD graduate (bar results pending / not yet admitted) for a six-month Law Clerk role supporting an in-house Legal team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on in-house experience while awaiting bar results.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing SOWs, amendments/renewals.
  • Preparing pre-signature contract comparisons and flag discrepancies.
  • Managing DocuSign envelopes end to end.
  • Handling key legal operations tasks, managing/closing contract management tickets; small research projects.

Requirements:

  • Recent JD graduate; bar results pending or not yet admitted.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with confidential, time-sensitive processes.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, contract management tools and DocuSign.

Salary Range:$28.85 to$36.06an hour. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,licensure/certifications, and equity.
