Responsibilities
  • Identifies new opportunities around New York City within commercial, multifamily, retail, and other facilities to sell our fire alarm and integrated security systems.
  • Hunt, and prospecting new leads through a variety of strategies - cold calling, networking events, industry meet-ups, etc.
  • Consistently close business deals by identifying client needs, negotiating win-win solutions, and driving opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements
  • Maintains accurate sales activities around pipeline, and prospective customers.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analyze and understand architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans
  • Reviews job labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing bid documents
  • Develops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information
  • Develops, and presents, required proposals.
  • Build relationships with electrical and general contractors with an emphasis on finding new construction deals.

Qualifications
  • 5 Years experience in selling to Electrical and General Contractors
  • 5 years of selling Fire Alarm & Integrated Security
  • Nicet level 2 Certified (Optional)
  • Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes and NYFPA72
  • CRM experience required
  • Computer skills needed (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, etc.)

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education. 

Base Range: $71,250-$89,250/yr
