Job Description

Relevant Experience: 4-5 yrs
Skills:
         Documentum 6.x, 7.X Technology
         Past experience in Documentum development, deployment, and debugging
         Good experience and knowledge in development/debugging of Documentum services
         Monitor and maintain the Documentum server. Resolve various technical issues. Analyze system performance and address bottlenecks and other potential problems.
.         Provide second tier technical support for assigned operating systems and servers.
         Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
         Support the integration and implementation of systems and applications on particular platforms.
.         Coordinate testing on new hardware and software
         System Administration experience with Captiva, IRM, JBOSS is required.
         Familiarity of Documentum in a Linux/Solaris environments and Weblogic
         Excellent problem solving, Participate in Incident bridge management and escalation
         Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, functional teams, service personnel and customers
