Job description

Role : Documentum/Java Developer
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 2 Years
SKILLS:
• 2+ years development experience with Documentum 6.5, 6.8 or 7.2 (lower versions of 5.x or 6.x are too outdated). Experience developing and deploying enterprise Documentum applications.
• Must have 5+ years overall experience as Java Developer with good understanding of the whole application stack including web and application servers (i.e. Weblogic, Tomcat, Jboss, etc.). This would include a mix of Java frameworks, like, Spring, hibernate, struts, MVC; and other Java component technologies like EJB, JPA, SQL, XML, STS, JBoss, Eclipse, Maven, JUnit, Tortoise, Git, JMS, XSD, Selenium, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good communication skills. Ability to articulate technical or operational problems into understandable business terms
NICE TO HAVE:
• REST and Service Oriented Architectures would be nice but they won't work on this very much
• UML & design patterns
• JDBC or other Java API's
• Agile experience (full life cycle incremental and iterative development)
• Captiva (document processing)
• ImageTrust (made by Image Access)
• Lead experience
• Experience specifically with Documentum xCP, WebTop, D2, Content Server
• In addition, a MIX of the following skills would be nice to have:
• JQuery experience or other javascript libraries
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
