ProSidian Seeks a Document Review Level 2 | Document Classification/Declassification Review Engagement Team | Analyst 2 Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)'s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security; providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs. EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.

Seeking Document Review Level 2 candidates with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Document Review Level 2) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Document Review Level 2

  • Conduct 1-person document reviews or support audits as required.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Restricted Data (RD) / Formerly Restricted Data (FRD) / Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI) / Department of Energy National Security Information (DOE NSI) documents.
  • Assist in FOIA, Privacy Act, and pre-publication document reviews.
  • Provide feedback on classification/declassification guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Experience in document classification, review, and handling.
  • Working knowledge of DOE and NARA records management practices.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
