Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong Scrum Master skills to manage enterprise IT initiatives. The selected resource will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects through Agile frameworks, ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
  • Manage full project lifecycle planning including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define roadmap, release plans, and business priorities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track project progress using Scrum/Kanban metrics and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation – project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and team collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines, governance frameworks, and organizational compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, including 3+ years in Scrum/Agile methodology.
  • Hands-on experience leading multiple Agile development teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing enterprise IT initiatives or large-scale software development efforts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, project budgeting, and schedule management.
  • Experience in guiding distributed/onsite teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
  • Prior experience in government/public sector projects.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes.
