So, what's the role all about?
The Partner Documentation Manager will define, standardize, and scale the way we document and communicate processes across the Global Partner Organization. This role translates complex workflows, partner program mechanics, and system interactions into clear, structured, and usable documentation. You will collaborate with Partner Programs, Operations, Enablement, Sales, and Systems teams to ensure all processes are consistently documented, version-controlled, and aligned to business objectives.
How will you make an impact
• Define standards for process documentation and SOP creation
• Translate complex workflows into clear SOPs, playbooks, and process maps
• Support development of global documentation frameworks and templates
• Capture and document current and future state processes
• Build and maintain process maps across partner lifecycle activities
• Maintain centralized knowledge base documentation
• Align documentation with CRM/PRM systems and workflows
• Document process updates, launches, and system changes
• Create quick-reference guides and enablement content
• Identify gaps and improve documentation quality
Have you got what it takes?
• 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, process documentation or SOP development
• Ability to translate complex concepts into structured, user-friendly documentation
• Experience with process mapping and workflows
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with documentation tools and AI tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Lucidchart, Claude, Copilot)
• Organized and structured thinker
