MSI is seeking an Employee-Owner - New Business Development - Document Services Representative in our Document Services division located in our Burnsville, MN Headquarters.
This unique role offers a variety of duties from new business acquisition, current client management and partnering with our technology sales team on document processing projects. This fast-paced environment provides an opportunity to manage your customers, projects and conduct presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
  • Provide printing and document reproduction services to current and new customers within established deadlines.
  • Prospect, present, secure new business, maintain current client base, and recapture prior customers.
  • Partner with Sales team on presentations with current and potential customers.
  • Conduct needs analysis, estimates and close new projects.
  • Generate estimates for customer print and document reproduction projects.
  • Manage multiple project activities by deadline and demand.
  • Maintain monthly records of billable production.
  • Generate invoices for our internal billing team.
  • Present current promos to all of MSI's internal sales team and participate in Sale training presentations.
  • Support, troubleshoot service issues or schedule service calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Self-directed and collaborative.
  • Excellent attention to detail for visual quality checks on image quality, etc.
  • Driven to earn additional income through expansion document services.
  • Must be able to maneuver (not lift) up to 50lbs.
  • Available to assist clients with their requests and be able to multi-task as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work flexibility - may assist with other tasks in the production center as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean Driving record.
  • Valid Drivers license.
  • Reliable Vehicle.
  • Experience with Microsoft office products.
  • This customer-facing role requires a professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Base: $45,000-$55,000 DOE
OTE: $65,000 - $70,000
