The Opportunity You will serve as a foundational member of a premier custom cabinet shop, bridging the gap between design concepts and physical production. This career-track role offers you the unique chance to be mentored by a Design & Production Engineer while mastering the art of high-end architectural millwork.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop detailed cabinet drawings and update design files using specialized software to ensure production accuracy.

  • Interpret architectural plans and apply field measurements to digital models to prevent onsite installation errors.

  • Coordinate material takeoffs and track hardware deliveries to maintain a seamless workflow for the shop team.
