Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and has office locations across the United States.


Zwicker is currently seeking a Document Services Attorney to join our team in Andover. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, possesses exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and is interested in joining our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Review Attorney to join our legal team. This role is critical in supporting litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations by reviewing, analyzing, and categorizing large volumes of documents for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege.


The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.


Responsibilities include

  • The review and activation of new accounts assigned to the Firm
  • Review of Firm correspondence
  • Analyze and process reports to ensure that proper workflow is being adhered to pursuant to the expectations of both clients and the firm
  • Coordinate, monitor, and quality check the work performed by the first-level reviewers
  • Utilize Collection Software to properly update and document the status of each account in the inventory
  • Comply with all standard operational procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Massachusetts
  • Excellent analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Document review experience preferred 
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
  • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule 
  • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence


Physical Qualifications

  • Be able to lift five pounds or greater
  • Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
  • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
  • Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
