Job description

The Temporary Data Migration Assistant provides administrative support to the Housing amp; Financial Counseling Programs team by assisting with the migration of client information into the NeighborWorks Compass case management system. This project-based position is responsible for uploading client documents, transferring historical case notes, verifying file completeness, and ensuring accurate organization of electronic client records. Employment is expected to conclude upon completion of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Manager, Housing amp; Financial Stability Programs and in accordance with HUD guidelines and agency policy, the incumbent shall:
  • Upload client documents into the NeighborWorks Compass case management system.
  • Transfer historical client case notes from legacy systems into Compass.
  • Verify that uploaded documents are correctly associated with the appropriate client record.
  • Review migrated files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Organize electronic documents using established naming conventions and filing procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HUD requirements, agency policies, and privacy regulations.
  • Track assigned workload and provide periodic progress updates.
  • Assist with other administrative data cleanup activities related to the Compass implementation, as assigned.
