Mammography Technologist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will perform high-quality mammographic imaging procedures to assist in the detection and diagnosis of breast abnormalities. You will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Pay: $63,920 - $89,203
Schedule: Day
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms as prescribed by physicians.
  • Prepare and position patients for mammography procedures, ensuring comfort and accuracy.
  • Operate and maintain mammography equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and adjust imaging parameters to produce optimal images for radiologic interpretation.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and document imaging results accurately.
Key Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (M) certification in Mammography is required.
  • Valid state radiologic technologist license
