THE WORK:
  • You'll provide project administration, document coordination, meeting support, reporting assistance, action tracking, and team logistics to keep the program organized and moving.
  • You'll support the project team with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
  • You'll track action items, manage deliverable logs, and support stakeholder communications.
  • You'll maintain organized project files, registers, trackers, contact lists, and distribution lists.
  • You'll manage calendars, correspondence records, and standardized templates.
  • You'll assist with preparation of weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • You'll support risk and issue tracking, procurement trackers, and closeout documentation.
  • You'll coordinate document control activities for RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change requests, and permits.
  • You'll track open actions and follow up with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive timely completion.
  • You'll assist project managers with invoice routing, expense documentation, onboarding logistics, travel coordination, and provide detail-oriented support during high-volume delivery phases.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent administrative, project coordination, document control, or construction support experience
  • 3+ years of project administration, project coordination, document control, or executive support experience
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, professional services, or capital project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, written communication, calendar management, and ability to manage multiple priorities

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience on data center, mission-critical, or large construction programs
  • Experience with Procore, Kahua, e-Builder, Primavera Unifier, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar document control platforms
  • Interest in growing into project controls, project management, or construction management roles

$80,000 - $130,000 a year
