WRA is currently seeking qualified Construction Administration/Document Control Specialist (Project Controls) for a major Design-Build project located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Essential Functions:

  • Storage and Workflow of project documentation in Bluebeam (preferred) or other document control platforms
  • Creating and updating electronic file storage
  • Updating tracking logs
  • Check Inspector Daily Reports and follow up with the inspector if corrections are required
  • Verifying accuracy of files submitted

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Mid-level technician with at least 3 years of relevant Document Controls experience for Bridge and Highway construction projects.
    • Senior level technician with 5 years of relevant Document Controls experience for Bridge and Highway construction projects.
  • Familiar with Bluebeam. Knowledge of Maryland construction standards and specifications as well as experience with construction contract documentation including Inspector Daily Reports (IDRs) and SHA Force Account Records.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at the client assigned location, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
  • High School Diploma or State Equivalency Certificate
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and personal vehicle for travel to and from assigned construction office.
  • Proficient computer skills (Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, & Excel)
  • Good communication skills and understanding of office etiquette
  • Assigned personnel must also complete OSHA 10-hour training (training paid by WRA)
  • Must be willing to work nights and overtime, when required by the project assignment
