In this role, you will help maintain device performance, ensure service level commitments are achieved, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience through proactive maintenance, responsive support, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do:
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer print devices to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Replenish consumables, maintain onsite parts inventory, and document service activities accurately.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting and repairs, escalating technical issues in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized devices and work areas while ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved.
  • Support knowledge sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or relevant work experience is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting office equipment, managed print services, field service, or a related technical service environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accurate service documentation.
