The Department of Public Health and Health Administration (PHHA), which will be created in July 2026 by the merger of the Department of Epidemiology and Community Health and the Department of Health Management and Policy, is committed to prepare students and scholars to lead impactful public health initiatives, expand access to quality care, and contribute to healthier outcomes for populations. The department only reviews the applicant pool as the need arises to cover specific courses. Projected adjunct undergraduate and/or graduate faculty needs for the 2026-27 Academic Year include, but aren't limited to, community health; epidemiology; global health; healthcare leadership and ethics; professional development in healthcare; human resources in healthcare; accounting and finance; healthcare quality assessment and performance improvement/lean management; population health/managerial epidemiology; and the US healthcare system. The candidate chosen for open positions will be required to provide an official transcript of their highest earned degree and will be subject to a criminal background check.
