ChristianaCare is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to work in our Acute Care setting. This is a weekend Per Diem position with a requirement to work at least two weekend days per month with the opportunity to pick up weekday shifts.

In this position, you will work with a driven and compassionate team in this patient centered facility. This exciting position allows the selected candidate to see a large variety of patient populations including Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, and General Debility while working with a supportive team of OTs. The OT experience at ChristianaCare offers a strong team approach, frequent interdisciplinary interaction, and ongoing mentoring.

Education and experience requirements:

  • BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • At least one year of clinical experience
  • Licensure or license eligibility in the State of Delaware as an Occupational Therapist
  • CPR Certification
  • AOTA preferred

This is a flat rate position, any individual hired into this position will be paid $59.00/hour plus any applicable differentials. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
