What You'll Do
  • Apply fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding services
  • Run a daily route and complete scheduled applications
  • Work outdoors on residential properties
  • Communicate with customers professionally
  • Use a mobile app to document services
  • Spot lawn issues and recommend solutions
  • Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
  • Reliable and shows up ready to work
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail

No experience required - we train you
This is not a desk job.
You'll be outside, moving all day, and working in the elements.
But if you like staying active, working independently, and seeing the results of your work every day - you'll love it.
