OPPORTUNITY | Legal Secretary

Our Las Vegas office is growing and actively seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 to 5 years litigation support experience interested in growing their career among our team of staff and attorneys, who value and foster open and honest communication, and act with integrity and professionalism.

SKILLS and ABILITIES
The following are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability to the candidate must possess or demonstrate to succeed under the direction of the associate(s) and/or partner(s):
· proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Nevada;
· excellent research and writing skills;
· work proactively, independently and as part of a team;
· ability to forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines;
· organize, prioritize and implement urgent tasks with strong attention to detail;
· provide excellent written and verbal communication;
· remain self-directed, self-motivated and effectively work under tight time constraints;
· ability to consistently create and deliver quality work products;
· perform admin duties such as opening files, keeping files in order, travel arrangements, expense reports;
· keep attorney’s calendar, docketing court dates, etc.
· demonstrate proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro); demonstrated efficiency navigating the internet; and,
· iManage experience a plus.
