Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to join the F-35 program in Patuxent River, Maryland.

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) leads life-cycle management of the F-35 Lightning II, the fifth-generation joint strike fighter serving the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Cooperative Program Partners (CPP), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers across multiple classification levels .

Support includes Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Special Access Programs (SAP), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full-spectrum, multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across the enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle, spanning Continental United States (CONUS) and overseas operations globally.

The role of the Foreign Disclosure Representative is to provide SME-level guidance and senior-level interface for the review, documentation, and controlled release of F-35 program information to non-U.S. entities, supporting international partner and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer security operations at Patuxent River, Maryland:

  • Review, document, andassistwith the release of F-35 program information to non-U.S. entities and to the public in compliance with U.S. Government disclosure policy frameworks

  • Provide technical and analytical support for the release of information to non-U.S. entities

  • Assist the Government with the interpretation and execution of disclosure and export policies

  • ProvideSME-level guidance on the National Disclosure Policy (NDP), FMS security procedures, and applicable technology transfer review processes

  • Coordinate with international partner and FMS security managers to support program-specific disclosure documentation requirements at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River site

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree, OR Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years ofadditionalwork experience in information security, international security, or foreign disclosure

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in foreign disclosure, international security cooperation, or information security in a DoD or intelligence community environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the National Disclosure Policy (NDP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) security procedures, and U.S. Government disclosure policy frameworks

  • Experience with Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) functions and technology transfer review processes

  • Top Secret clearancerequired

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
