Department:Prosecuting Attorney
Grade:250
Salary:$78,000/year
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for maintaining a criminal docket of 20-30 felony and misdemeanor cases.
  • Responsible for special assignments, legal research assignments and special Prosecutor assignments as determined by the department head or his/her designee.
  • Responsible for filing of charges, prosecution of cases when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university of law.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the Missouri Bar Association.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience.
