Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in foundational research, development, and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities from the emerging applied cyber concepts research. The contractor shall create hardware and software component design specifications and use appropriate industry standard development methodologies and tools to implement those specifications. In addition to functionality features, the following shall be included in the designs: interfaces, security, performance, controls, databases, AI/ML, and user experience. The contractor shall test and document results in accordance with the Government approved test plan.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance (within 7 years) is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
