Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner
Location: Redlands, CA (Onsite)
Availability: Once a week
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This is an onsite role supporting daily warehouse operations through general cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of work and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub warehouse floors, docks, aisles, and walkways
  • Empty trash and recycling; manage waste disposal per facility guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, racking, and high-touch points
  • Remove debris, spills, and cardboard/packaging from work zones promptly
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies; report low inventory
  • Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers) safely
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to a supervisor
  • Follow all OSHA and company health, safety, and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
  • Prior cleaning, custodial, or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work an assigned shift
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements
