Join the Freight Breakers team in Frackville as a reliable, dedicated warehouse associate and grow your career with a company that values hard work and consistency.

Overview:

Our warehouse team members play a key role in loading and unloading trailers by moving boxes safely and efficiently. You will also help transport full and empty cages and support supervisors with essential daily dock tasks. This is a performance‑driven role that depends on strong teamwork. The faster and more accurately your team completes trailers, the higher your potential weekly earnings.

Primary Duties:

- Move carts between the dock and staging areas

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Follow all shipping and receiving guidelines

- Uphold all safety policies and procedures

- Meet attendance standards and follow call‑off protocols

Qualifications:

- Consistent attendance and a solid work ethic

- Dependable transportation

- Minimum age of 18

- Punctuality and readiness to work each scheduled shift

- Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs.

- Ability to stay active and productive for long periods

- Ability to meet or surpass production goals after training
